Thrive, Flourish, Love Life
Welcome. I'm Rachel Lee McArdle, APRN, PMHCNS-BC, an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. My passion has always been helping people move beyond simply surviving toward flourishing, resilience, meaningful connection, and a life they genuinely enjoy living.
Throughout my career, I have been drawn to understanding the complex interplay between neuroscience, mental health, physical well-being, relationships, environment, and daily life. This perspective has shaped a comprehensive, thoughtful, holistic, and integrative approach to psychiatric care that recognizes each person as far more than a diagnosis or collection of symptoms.
I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing treatment for ADHD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining evidence-based psychiatric treatment with attention to lifestyle, wellness, strengths, quality of life, and the factors that help people function at their best.
I developed SURTHRIVER™ and the McArdle Orchestral Methodology (M.O.M.)™ to support whole-person assessment and care. These frameworks recognize that lasting well-being is influenced by multiple interconnected areas of life, including health, relationships, purpose, environment, creativity, and meaningful participation in the world.
Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking greater well-being and fulfillment, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed psychiatric care that helps you build upon your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a more beautiful life.
